vigilance, missing documents); ask any legal or fiscal question in the notarial
scope; and compute succession/gift duties, acquisition costs (DMTO) and
dismemberment values WITH THE CALCULATION DETAIL AND THE ARTICLE CITED (CGI, Code
civil). All rates live in one maintained reference file (Loi de finances 2026,
BOFiP) — never improvised. Clerk's method: civil before tax, certainty separated
from to-be-verified, legal checks listed as TO DO, never claimed done.

CONFIDENTIALITY (constraint #1): EU hosting (Germany), in-memory processing, no
document storage, no content logging, auto-erased history, sandboxed analysis (no
Internet/server-file access while reading documents — prompt-injection protection,
tested), Anthropic API without model training, no retention beyond 30 days.
